Sunday Mornings
NURSERY
We have a nursery space with trained staff available during Sunday school (9:00 - 10:00) and worship service (10:15 - 11:45). The nursery is for kids ranging from birth to 2 years, then we have our toddler room for children ranging 2 years to pre-kindergarten.
Infant Room: The infant nursery room is for children aged newborn through 24 months.
Toddler Room: The toddler nursery room is for children aged 24 months - 3 years.
Children ages k-5th grade
9:00am Sunday school classes: On Sunday mornings from 9:00am - 10:00am we have Sunday school for children ranging from Kindergarten - 5th grade.
10:15 am Children's church: Children's church is a fun place for kids to go during the sermon. At the end of the music portion of our service children will be dismissed to go to Children's church. While in Children's church the kids will have Bible lessons, sing songs, have fun crafts and snacks.
Thursday Nights
AWANA
Children Preschool - 5 grade
Thursdays 6pm - 7:30pm starting September 8th
What is AWANA?
AWANA is a global, nonprofit ministry with fully integrated evangelism and long-term discipleship programs for students that actively involves parents and church leaders. Each week millions of children and youth take part in AWANA programs through local churches around the world.
AWANA offers a series of clubs and programs geared to the needs of a particular age group/grade. As a vital part of our local church ministry, AWANA clubs and programs effectively reach young people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
Here at Providence Baptist Church, our AWANA program focuses on providing opportunities for children and youth to know Jesus as their Savior and building relationships with them in order to disciple them to be the world-changing disciples God created them to be in their backyards, schools, and beyond!
